Last year I tried to plant a Henry clematis plant around the mailbox to eliminate having to trim. That failed and look what I’m left with:

I’m really trying to stay in budget! I am considering moving some of the perennials that I bought last year into that space.

This area in front of her porch looked really nice in the fall but I did not like how bare was in the winter. I’m planning on moving everything around and adding some evergreen interest. Of course, the huge rose bush is staying.

I am really not sure what is growing in this spot.

I am not sure how big he will get but I need to move him.
